OSPE promotes the ethical and professional practice of engineering, advocates licensure, and enhances the image of the profession through education, leadership training, networking, and outreach activities.
In principle and practice, OSPE values and seeks diverse and inclusive participation within the field of engineering. OSPE promotes involvement and access to leadership opportunities to all members regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.
OSPE will continue to provide leadership and commit time and resources to advance this objective. OSPE will develop strategies and initiatives to promote and welcome diversity within the Board, Staff, and membership of OSPE and provide tools for others regarding diversity.
