Directions to Oneok cafeteria: The address for the Oneok building is 100 West 5^thStreet. The building is between 5^th and 6^th Streets and between Cheyenne and Boulder. The cafeteria is in the basement of the Oneok building. There is off street parking in the parking garage just south of the building; enter off Boulder which is one-way north. Garage parking costs several dollars. Metered street parking runs about $1.25. If you take the elevator in the parking garage (north end of garage) down to the 2^nd level you can cross UNDER 6th Street and exit the tunnel at the cafeteria entrance. OSPE normally meets in the room on the right-hand side of the entrance to the cafeteria; just before the tray pickup area.

EPA LEAD-BASED PAINT CERTIFICATION AVAILABLE

A to Z Inspections is bringing Professor Kathy Lauckner, Ph.D., a nationally recognized expert on lead-based paint, to Oklahoma City to offer certification and training to meet the new EPA lead-based Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule requirements.Attendees may secure the training required for a lead-based paint Renovator’s License by attending a one-day course on Tuesday, July 6 or Wednesday, July 7. 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at 8801 North Western, Oklahoma City.

Some programs presented at the Engineering Club of OKC meetings could qualify for 0.5 PDH credit for Professional Engineers. Certificates of attendance for these meetings will be provided, but the Engineering Club of Oklahoma City or OSPE does not warrant that PDH credit will be approved. Approval of PDH credit is made solely by the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and you must individually insure that all programs and courses reported by you to the State Board meet the necessary criteria.

There is ample free parking on the OSU-Tulsa campus. Use LOT A at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and John Hope Franklin Blvd on the east side of campus. Enter North Hall at the EAST doors. Room 218 is immediately to your left when you exit the stairs on the second floor.

Several of us usually go out to eat after the meeting, anyone is invited to go along.
